In the fall of last year I, along with thousands of others, sent in a video to the Food Network pleading my case as to why I thought I should be a contestant on the show Food Network Star.
And to my extreme surprise that little tape resulted in my being whisked off to L.A. to be 1 of 12 people competing to have their own show on the Food Network.
I left my family and friends behind and embarked on a crazy, stressful, challenging, exhausting and yet amazing journey.
I am so excited that SOON I will be able to share my experience with all of you through the show.
